O espaço do quarto e o atendimento na recepção e no caféfoi um ponto muito positivo .O que tenho a reclamar do quarto é que a noite aparece muita barata e o banheiro precisa de uma modernização está deixando a desejar ..creio que seja pelo tempo de uso😉

O quarto muito bom, amplo, tem tudo dentro. Porém tinham algumas situações com mofo, a cama com a madeira lateral quebrada, mas nada que tenha tirado o prazer de desfrutar um final de semana incrível. Os funcionários do edifício são extremamente atenciosos. A limpeza estava impecável. E o café da manhã, simples, porém muito bom Recomendo e voltarei.

O quarto estava com aspecto sujo, com box do chuveiro solto, travesseiros com fronhas soltas, e toalhas com aspecto sujo, manchadas. O café da manhã, deixa totalmente a desejar, com apenas salsicha de proteina.

Ar condicionado de ambos os quartos que entrei não funcionava de maneira propria. O local era muito quente e ficou muito dificil de dormir. O Hotel atestou que não era responsabilidade deles já que eles são um residencial.

Experiência negativa

Foi um dos piores Hotéis que fiquei hospedado. Já na chegada, tinha uma barata se debatendo na porta do quarto. O banheiro com a torneira quebrada e, mesmo após solicitar o reparo, não conseguiram consertar. As camas muito ruins e com colchões afundando, lençol com cheiro de xixi, a TV smart mas não acessava Internet, enfim...o Hotel precisa melhorar a infraestrutura urgente.

otima relação custo-benefício

Estranhei só disponibilizar mudança de toalhas após 4 dias. O flat já conheço de longas datas, desde quandoera hotel, e está em boas condições, pelo menos o ap. em que fiquei. a liberação entrada estacionamento tem falhas pois à noite teria que ser mais rápida. de um modo geral estadia muito positiva.

Avaliação Geral das Instalações do Hotel

A instalação não estava boa com relação a limpeza, banheiro com com baratas e lodo na ceramica do banheiro. A cama com um colchão muito velho e deformado. Mobilias ( móveis) de um modo geral desgastada pelo uso constante. O hotel apresenta um estado de corroção pela maresia e quanto as piscinas estavam carente de limpeza, se sentia muita areia principlamente na piscina infantil. Os equipamentos cadeiras na piscina apresentando desgaste. .

A estadia foi maravilhosa, cama confortável, apto espaçoso, varanda com a vista para um dos maiores cartão postal da cidade, de frente para praia de ponta negra. A única coisa que senti falta foi de um microondas. Café da manhã muito bom, funcionários muito simpáticos.

Em relação a cama foi confortável, porem tinha um barulho de arrasto de móveis todos os dias e durante a noite e madrugada, em um dia de nossa estadia faltou água no hotel, e o cafe é saboroso do os parabéns as pessoas que o fazem, so tem uma deficiência não tem uma diversidade no cafe em geral. Mais foi uma experiência boa no final. Poderia ter mais informações sobre a parte hotel em todos os parceiros.
