"Not what we expected with so many good reviews. Staff was either unhelpful or annoying. Rooms were either too hot or too cold. Amenities were poor. We tried spa and pool and were left disappointed. Overpriced for what it is especially with the lack of actual help"

"Lovely space, gorgeous picture window with a view of the water from the bed. Compact but wonderful. Only complaint was that the walls were thin and we could easily hear conversations between the rooms. That said, all the guests were respectful and no one stayed up late, so we still slept well"

"Off-season so office was infrequently staffed. As a result it took a few days to get some laundry done and hard to get tips about the parc and tours. Spacious unit but kitchen and floors starting showing their age. Some LED potlights were flikering in our living room and could not reasonably be used. ..."
