“This was my favorite hotel traveling throughout South America! A short walk to the center of town and all the restaurants. But what made it memorable was the decor and vibe! I loved every minute of my stay here!”

“Hostel El Refugio had all the comforts of home including a warm hearty breakfast every morning, comfortable beds with fresh linens in a private room, and private bathrooms. My visit was during fall when temps were colder. The hostel was always warm after a day outdoors. The owner Luis was very kind and accommodating, making sure you have everything for a perfect visit. ”

“The VEAT staff and owners were extremely helpful to me during my stay there. The hotel is in a great location - easy walking distance to the waterfront and restaurants. “We had a wonderful time here! The receptionists were incredibly helpful, making the check-in process a breeze.
