“The staff were good, the location was brilliant, the food was good. The reason the review didn't get five stars was because the walls in the room are paper thin and we could hear the conversation the room next door was having till late every evening, and when they woke up very early in the morning because they woke us up.
As important as the staff, the food and the location is, a primary function of the room is to give you a good night's sleep. Unfortunately it was very hard at this hotel.

“We booked Grey III navigation from Refugio Grey back to Hotel Lago Grey. However, the ferry was cancelled without any notice. We need to purchase an expensive WiFi package in Refugio Grey in order to WhatsApp the hotel for the information. The sudden cancellation of the ferry without any early notice made so much trouble that we needed to rush back to Refugio Paine Grande for another ferry to Pudeto then caught the shuttle of hotel. From Refugio Grey to Paine Grande, it was a 11km hike! Such……

“Lovely hotel integrated within buildings previously a large industrial site, creating an interesting juxtaposition between industrial past and current first class hotel. Our room was large with an amazing view of the fiord. Service was excellent. Restaurant and bar provided great choices of high quality food and drink. So glad we had the chance to stay here.”
