「Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, Lage war top, leider viel Schneefall, aber haben wir auch nochmals genossen:). Leider, hatten wir noch Komplikationen mit dem WC. Aber der Sanitär konnte das Problem beheben. Sauberkeit, könnte hygienischer sein, auch der Schlüsseltresor( klemmt) mal anschauen. Tip, für deutschsprachige Gäste einen Ordner mit wichtigen Telefonnummern aus der Region inkl. Inhaberin auflegen. Wir fühlten uns aber für die Gesamtbewertung wohl👍」

「The property basically gets the job done, without any additional bells or whistles. There is only 1 shower to be shared between all 4 rooms (there is an additional 1/2 bathroom, so the toilet load is shared between 2 of them). 「Location is good but it is up the hill so make sure to take their shuttle bus instead of walking. The facilities and staff are mostly great! Kim, the lady at the reception was particularly helpful, she helped me a lot on my trip planning and she is always smiling and polite!! For the sauna and gym, I would suggest it opens longer, 8pm is a bit early to close as ppl may want to use them after dinner, esp gym, would suggest it opens 24/7. 」
