Family trip

The property was great for me and my family. The property suited us perfectly. We enjoyed all the amenities, hot tub, pool table and foosball. We loved this location for the nearby river and nearby hiking. We would love to come again.

Thanksgiving 2024

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving with my son and daughter and their spouses. This was our second stay and it was just as good the second time. Great facilities and location. We really enjoyed the hot tub, games room, nearby hot springs and snow shoeing. Very well equipped for preparing a great Thanksgiving dinner.

Beautiful retreat

We had an amazing time staying and would love to stay again. We missed out on using the pool table with the football games on and no tv in the basement but besides that had a wonderful time.

Perfect for a ski getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here for a ski trip to Monarch. The house was perfect, everyone had their own space when needed but plenty of activities and games for family time. Could easily have fit a larger family. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals and the hot tub was a nice perk after a day on the slopes. Great location between Salida and Buena Vista for anything you need. Property was clean and matched the listing.

The Link's Ski Trip-

We had a great time and the property was lovely. Remote location with AMAZING views. 20 Minutes to Salida and about the same to Buena Vista which made it great for a drive into town. The accommodations were great and any questions were quickly answered via text. We had an amazing time skiing 3 days at Monarch and a nice afternoon at Mt. Princeton hot springs that was only a 10 minute drive. Thank you for providing a great accommodation for a great place.Best,Matt & Family

Wonderful

We had a great few days away from hustle and bustle of life. We spent lots of great quality time. The game room was a hit. The house is beautiful, clean, and very well stocked with excellent quality items. Working with the Pinion Valley group was so quick and easy, they even sent us check-in messages and helped us with a few things with fast response time. We will definitely return. Our poodle loved it as much as we did. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Celebrated sons birthday! Was great! Skiing at Monarch, afternoon at a Brewery and ended with a soak in the hot tub! Great views, good location and plenty of space to stretch out. Enjoyed a few games of pool also! Lovely place that we really enjoyed.

That place was awesome! We’ll set up with everything you need to hang out and enjoy the surroundings. We were blown away by the views. Windows cover most of the walls. The family had a great time hanging out in the game room.

the house was great. would do it again. the only thing is it says 2 hundred and something per night but after you do all the add Ons it comes to 400 a night. Kind of deceiving.

Quintessential Colorado!!

We sat on the deck sipping coffee, looking out at the mountains, listening to the creek below. We loved the fenced in area for our little dog that had comfortable seats and a gas fire pit. A short walk to the creek, birds chirping and a quiet neighborhood. Close to Salida and Buena Vista!

Mountain views and comfort

Great great place. All bedrooms have excellent views and ample space. Kitchen has all the tools you’ll need to fix meals. Lovely fenced in yard with a grill and space for dogs to hang. Great balcony on the other side of the house. Location is great for those looking to be away from Salida and BV, but still have easy access to both of them. Can definitely see staying there again in our future.

Had a perfect stay! The beautiful home was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the games were a hit! Plenty of kitchen room. The managing company was responsive and helpful. They even let me move our dates without additional charges when our work schedules were unexpectedly changed. Everything we needed and would guess we'll be back! Thanks so much!
