“Wonderful new property with beautiful rooms. It was a little bit loud in the room above us for more than half the night so maybe a little bit better insulation would’ve been good, it sounded like they were doing tap dancing and moving furniture all night.”

“Crows Nest was right in Bohens wharf which made it very walkable and easy to get around. Upon arrival, we had some miscommunication with keys/ room assignments. However, that was fix very fast and the staff was very pleasant and helpful! Over all this is a very nice place to stay for a short trip in Newport (2-3 nights).”

“We loved the location, the layout of the loft, the kitchen and for the most part the bathrooms.
At this price point, you expect perfection. The beds are adequate, but not as good as a Marriott or Hilton, one toilet ran constantly, as there must have been a small leak, we asked to have it fixed but it never was. It is a who cares complaint unless it is 2am.
Finally, with the fantastic location comes plenty of street noise.
Despite a few minor frustrations, I would recommend the……
