“They were very attentive from the very beginning. Forgot your toothbrush, slippers or need feminine hygiene products? They have it. The breakfast was algo good and they offered different things every day. The rooms are clean and comfortable. It was my boyfriend's birthday and they surprised us with a cake, which was lovely and unexpected. The staff is really helpful and willing to accommodate any petitions (within reason).”

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy. However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”

“Although the location and the price seemed right I had to book another hotel after just two hours stay because of the strong odor in my room’s bathroom. I won’t book this hotel in the future, and obviously do not recommend others either. Better spend more and get a decent hotel, lesson learned.”
