"The staff at check in , check out and Restaurant greeters, servers, housekeepers were fabulous. Rooms were always clean and if we need anything they brought it to us. All the Staff was always greeting and asking us if we need anything. But most of all our concierge Jude Lacao-cao made sure we had an excellent stay at the hotel during our visit in January and February. Jude is the reason why we booked again at this hotel. He helped us with our , shuttles, sightseeing, our computer problems etc.. Concierge Mark and Sen were very helpful too! "
