Although called technician and was promised that air conditioner will work in 5 minutes but whole night room was very hot. Couldn’t even properly sleep and was getting up after every 10/15 minutes. 」

「For the price paid I would rate this establishment 5/5. The location is G6/4 which is a central and affluent neighbourhood. The twin room was large and cost-effective and the water was always hot, and the WiFi strong. The staff were all especially helpful and friendly too. The only recommendations I would make regard the bedroom fridge which has not been cleaned in a long time...and the laundry, which could be less expensive. Aside from these things, all was well :) 」

「The hotel was clean breakfast was good but the main thing was the helpfulness and attention given by the hotel staff. They were amazing. Front desk staff was always available to answer questions and help with anything needed. The front door man was always attentive and ready to help out with my bags! 「Avoid this hotel. The customer service is atrocious and you do NOT get free breakfast as promised. You don’t get any breakfast at all! And the staff lied when we complained and claimed they had provided it. Bathroom is dirty and old fashioned with leaking pipes. Only positives are the room itself and the location is good. 」
