“The stay at Excelsis was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and eager to make the stay comfortable. The food was good, I recommend their chicken fried rice. Breakfast was well prepared as I ordered off the menu, the Spanish omelette was magnificent. All in all a great first stay. Keep up the great work. ”

“The staff was very friendly and accommodate our requests. The food was tasty, fresh juices and fruit every morning with their staples. Phoebe, James and Eve welcomes us very well and made our stay feel like home. Clean sheets and towels everyday. We stayed in a room without AC and it worked out well because of the screen door allowed a nice breeze and prevented mosquitoes. Also the day guard always welcomed us with a hardy hello. “I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day.
