“I was asking a taxi from the hotel to airport. They offered me to take the hotel transfer which cost me 10Usd. As everyone know, the stardard rate for a taxi from airport to town cost only 7usd, so i ask if they can help me to book a taxi. The reception staff ask me to look for a taxi number MySELF and they help me call. WHAT!? Is it possible a five star hotel not having a taxi company number ? Tell your boss it's not the correct way to do business which make your guest feel uncomfortable……
“Good, clean hotel. Smallish rooms, but really clean (esp bathroom). Good bed. Out of the center by a little, but it's only really a 10 min walk to the night market. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was basic (a choice of five set things, no buffet or anything) but good.”
