「床很舒服，地點也很方便。房間裝修很現代，挑高樓底，落地玻璃窗很好，整體都很好。The bed was very comfortable and the location was convenient. The decoration of the room is very modern, with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows. Overall it was very nice.」

「雖然離中央車站要走大概10分鐘，但沿路平坦，拉著行李都 很OK，採自助方式入住，但也有專人協助，一樓有許多可休憩的空間，飯店可免費寄放行李，鄰近超市，值得推薦」

「早餐很好. 唯一可讚的是我們早机到了,準備到酒店安放好旅行箧後等15：00回來辦理登記入住,當時早上九點左右,職員說有房間現在可以登記入住,我們起出望外,十分開心的. 入住兩天沒有特别問題的,在第三天及第四天由於我們大約每天15：30至16：00左右會回酒店稍作休息的習慣,回到房間仍未有執房,便联給客服,就好快安排執房算了.第四天回來同樣時間回來,都是未有執房,再次联络客服說接錯了這是餐廳,故此我的伴侶便到前台找她們理論,當時一位女職員的態度有點兒不認真笑着對我們的投诉,由於我們的英文能力沒太好,我站在一旁看到覺得她有點兒歧視我們.噪得很久,有另一個男職員就幫手说的事今天太多房間要清潔故遲了。 在我的立場看每間酒店應該是安排好足夠的職員做的,不是太多客人入住房間就遲遲都未執好的.難道客人晚上22：00回來看見仍未清潔房間,要客人無奈要接受不清潔的道理嗎？ 這一點酒店應該是值得重事的及改善. 酒店的旅客入住你們管理層應是知道的而是作出安排人手.不是隨便算吧的. 作為一間很有名氣的酒店應該是認真處理每件旅客提出意見。作出改善.對所有的旅客開心的旅程.最後祝酒店每天客似雲來.」

「staff is soooo rude. i booked twin beds, but they just gave me a double bed, refused to help me out,said i didnt book twin room. i insisted, they even asked me show my booking.i showed them, they still said no ! untill i asked them show me whats the message that they got from hotel.com, they finally gavet me a twin room with a black face!」

「The breakfast is good,especially fresh made Benedicts egg.Suana room and the bathtube is really relaxing,too.But need to complain the cleaness of the room ,the wooden plate put brochure stick a fries on it,it really groose.the bottles put on the minibar has dust on it make it looks like the room havent been lived for a long time!」
