"Al entran en el apartamento nos hemos encontrado una sorpresa ingrata, ya que habĂa cucarachas en la puerta de la cocina, hemos llamado y nos lo han solucionado cambiando de apartamento, que no estaba preparado para el alquiler, es decir tuvimos que pedir mantas y se notaba que en las esquinas habĂa algo de suciedad. Estamos contentos con el cambio pero como esto nos hizo perder tiempo hubiĂ©semos agradecido que nos dejarĂĄn ese mismo tiempo para salir mĂĄs tarde."

"Het was een prima locatie maar de appartementen viel tegen.. qua schoonmaak en onderhoud dat kan echt wel beter. Heb zelf een waterkoker aangeschaft voor me dochters.."

"Appartement bien situĂ©e et bien ajourĂ©, rĂ©sidence agrĂ©able.Pour le reste, l'appartement est ancien et nĂ©cessiterait rĂ©novations (meubles Ă rĂ©parer, lattes Ă changer, plus d'eau chaude, plus de vaisselle, lavage des poĂȘles dans les placards...), on entend les voisins, peu d'isolation, il ne faut pas ĂȘtre regardant.On aimerait revenir, l'idĂ©al serait de faire les rĂ©novations pour ĂȘtre vraiment bien. on reviendra surement"

"Lâappartement Ă©tait extrĂȘmement sale, vieillot, manque beaucoup dâustensiles de cuisson, jâai du allĂ© en acheter, salle de bain sale et sans vmc, toilette cassĂ©, portes rongĂ©es par lâhumiditĂ©, porte fenĂȘtre sĂ©jour qui ne se ferme pas, sĂ©jour trĂšs vĂ©tuste et odeur dâexcrĂ©ments dans tout lâappartement suite aux problĂšmes de canalisation de la rĂ©sidence. En revanche apparemment trĂšs bien situĂ©!! Dommage!! Je ne recommande pas cet hĂ©bergement."
