Natural System of Wrangel Island Reserve Holidays

First check in staff was nice. She was helpful and explained things very well. We had two rooms so we checked in early to one and did a normal check in later on the second. The second staff member, Dominic, had horrible customer service. Very condescending, and passive aggressive. Had to speak to the manager about the confusing billing methods they do and even the manager was rude. Made the stay a little bitter just because they are not very welcoming. Rooms was good though

Staff was awesome and helpful

The room did not have hot water in the shower. The first day we had to let the water (wastefully) run for 30 minutes to get any sort of warmth. Called downstairs to have someone look at it. It eventually got hot. The next day same thing! But this time we were on a time constraint. We didn’t get to shower before we had to leave home. I complained, that we the customer paid these exuberant amounts of resort fees just to have no hot water. The man on the other side was very kind and gave me a breakfast credit as well as waived our resort fees. I probably will try staying here again giving it one more chance because it is very close to UNLV where we go to watch swim meets. I was disappointed this time. Was hoping for better.

The room was average and the service was good but not great. The hotel being off the strip was a bit of a letdown.,

My room was very quiet and I enjoyed having the kitchen amenities and the balcony. The bed was average. My only negative comments are related to the unusually excessive daily damage deposit that I wasn’t expecting - big upfront unexpected expense! Also there was no bus cart for me to take groceries up to my room - but the bellmen would do it for a set fee. The pool was lovely, but closed at 7pm, which seemed early to me for summer. I enjoyed my stay, but won’t probably return to this resort.
