「The main reason I booked this hotel was because the description said they offered an airport shuttle, but this is not true. When I contacted the hotel to schedule it, they only booked a taxi from a company, and I had to pay for it. If the service is not included, it should not be advertised. Aside from that, the rooms are nice and the property is pleasant. They should update the listing to be more accurate for future guests. 」

「Lovely guest house, very friendly and attentive hosts. Great location, too. About 10 mins walk to Metro, 15 mins from Vatican and half an hour from the Olympic Stadium which is useful if you are attending a match or concert there, as getting away from it at night can be difficult. Would definitely recommend.」

The property is located within the trendy Pronti neighborhood and is close to all major historic sites, without having to deal with the "day to day" crowded tourist scene. 「Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...
