The VAL DE RUDA C23, BARBACANS apartment is situated in the prestigious Val de Ruda development, where the cable car departs, directly connecting to the Baqueira Beret ski resort.

Layout

This attic triplex, accommodating up to 8 people, features wooden ceilings and an exquisite layout with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the main floor, after a spacious foyer, you will find the living room with a fireplace and an open kitchen, offering panoramic mountain views from any angle. This level includes two bedrooms: one with two single beds and another with two bunk beds, as well as a large bathroom equipped with a shower.

The second floor is entirely dedicated to the elegant and bright master bedroom, which features a double bed (180x190 cm), its own bathroom with a shower, and a walk-in closet area.

On the third floor, under traditional wooden ceilings, there is a cozy space with two bunk beds.

The rental includes a covered parking space with a maximum height of 1.90 m and a ski locker, both located within the same development and at the foot of the slopes.

Our SUENH - LUDERNA Design team has carried out a meticulous 3-year renovation program on this apartment, making improvements in the bedrooms and bathrooms, a complete kitchen renovation, and work in the living room. Enhancements have been made to the lighting, and the fireplace has been redesigned. The decor features sandblasted pine and fir ceilings, adding warmth and robustness to the ambiance.

All our accommodations are fully equipped and include hotel-quality bed and bath linens for your stay with us. For your family’s comfort: high-weight towels, "bath blanket" size for showers, and white duvet covers on all our beds.

Upon arrival, you will find a small cleaning kit (cloth, scourer, dish cleaner) and a toiletry kit (small shampoo, gel, and soap bar), and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
