Even though we were late, we were greeted by the host and given recommendations for dinner. Very nice and clean place, great comfortable beds. 」

「Perfect location for our visit; one block from the Nauvoo Temple. The apartment is well stocked and the four bedrooms are spacious and comfortable for a large group. Parking is right on the street and so easy, steps from the front door. We ate at the lower level restaurant for multiple meals and it was great quality and price. The apartment is quiet and cozy and everything you would want for stopping in this small town. 」

「We had 33 or so family members meet at this location for Thanksgiving. Overall is was a great experience. The headliner is the view of the Mississippi. The property is up on a hill and provides a gorgeous view. Lisa was very responsive to all of our needs. Note that alcohol is not permitted at this location (on my phone that detail was slightly hidden in the rules section under “show more.” Thanks for a great property to reconnect with a large family!」

「We were only in town for a couple of nights and had a uniquely fun experience in Nauvoo. Beds were firm, but not uncomfortable. Kitchen was sparsely stocked with pans but doable for a meal for 6. We were warned about the lack of grocery stores in Nauvoo and planned accordingly. Overall we enjoyed the quirkiness of multiple additions to a charming old house.」

「Nauvoo was a mid point ti meet a family member and continue work on our family tree. The historical site was the main reason we chose Nauvoo. A little search on Vrbo, we found a historic home to stay in. What a treat! The rental was beyond the price point we usually seek but the home was the cherry on top of a wonderful visit. 「The first things my children said when we arrived is that it looks like a small castle. Overall, the home was well stocked with towels, and everything was in working order. This is our first VRBO, so I cannot comment on cleanliness standards fully, but from what we could tell, the place was clean. 「We loved our stay in this house on the Mississippi river – halfway between Keokuk and Nauvoo. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. There were plenty of towels, and it was nice to have a washer and dryer. It was nice that all of the couches pulled out into beds. We would definitely stay here again. We loved our visit to Nauvoo!」
