Taking a break

Spot on. Doesn’t get much more convenient than this setup. 4th floor. Easy access to all amenities. Walking distance to 3 restaurants easy to get food and drinks and never have to start your car! Beautiful condo and well kept.

Operation Relaxation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Came down to Florida to help a family member with some medical appointments while enjoying some sunshine and walks on the beach.

Summerwind "Beachhaven" is AWESOME

Summerwind "Beachhaven" was the best experience we've had in years. The condo was great. Everything went so well....from booking, arrival, the condo itself and departure...it was flawless. All communication was via text or email, which was very convenient. Any text I sent was answered promptly.The condo was clean, well-stocked and has the best view. The fourth floor is high enough to see the ocean and beach very well, but not too high that you need binoculars so see anything.The location, next to the pier, is perfect as well. Our kids fished every day. Nightly walks for my wife and I were very enjoyable. We saw dolphins, porpoises, small sharks and many sea turtles! We even had a couple Manta Rays swim within 5-10' of us!The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella are a great perk, and we used them every day! However, complimentary does not mean "reserved". We were not guaranteed a spot that we wanted unless we paid an additional 10 to the chair/umbrella service. There were other families that were a little caught off guard by this as well. We managed to get the front row every day, but only by being one of the first people out on the beach. And we were always close to the end of the row. Not a big deal and it became a game...if you know what I mean!Overall, this is a wonderful place. The condo is great, the building and parking are great, and the location can't be beat.We'll definitely return given the opportunity.
