The Whispering Paradise can accommodate up to 12 people including children. This home can host your entire family of 12. Designed with thoughtful amenities and furniture to provide you & your family with an unforgettable experience. Pets are allowed case by case.

You'll find the yellow door greets you and your family as you arrive at our lovely rambler. From the moment you open the front door, you know you enter a special charming place with an inviting and positive feel with natural lights and many desirable amenities. Emerge in the cozy details and a pleasing blend of energetic and calming colors through this modern beach house!
Upon entering the house, you will find a coat closet on your right, and a shoe rack on your left.
In the living room, there are seats for everyone. The sofa has 2 recliner seats. Two comfortable accent chairs will capture your attention and don't be surprised if those are the spots everyone wants to claim to sit back and relax. There is a 65" smart TV ready for movie night and more. Topping off the coziness is an electronic heated fireplace that you can turn on and choose the color of your choice for the light in this TV stand.
The spacious dining room that can seat 10 is where many memorable times, laughter, and quality family meals together will be shared together. There are 4 bar tool chairs for extra seats at the kitchen counter.
COFFE BAR: The coffee bar is complementary during your stay! Please enjoy the dual Keurig, French press! There are K-cups with a variety of flavors and types (caffeinated and decaf) for you to choose from. We didn’t forget tea bags, hot cocoa, sugar, and creamers. If you are in a hurry in the morning, don't worry, you can still enjoy coffee in a to-go cup. We also have a coffee grinder, medium-roasted coffee grounds, and medium-roasted whole-bean coffee. Tea bags and coffee filters are in the drawer.
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: The kitchen with full-size appliances is ready for you to show off your cooking skills. We provide a dual toaster, dual air fryer, blender, many size glass containers, baking sheets, baking pans, dining wares and utensil sets for 12, utensils and bowls/plates for your little ones, plastic wrap, cooking spices (pepper, sugar, salt).
We use the pantry closet and the master closet as the owner's closets!
Washer and dryer: There is an initial supply of Tide pods and dryer sheets you can use free of charge!

Guests can access the entire house without interruption!

Safe and quiet neighborhood
Parking for up to 4 full size vehicles in the driveway, with 24 hour surveillance for the safety and security of you and your guests
-Although we will not be available in person, we are only a phone call or a text message away and are more than happy to assist with any of your questions about the house, the area, or otherwise!
-We will provide you with the house address and the code to the smart lock on the morning of your arrival!
-In the 2-full room closet, you’ll find a queen air mattress, a foldable crib, and a high chair.
- No parties, smoking, drugs inside the house!
- No excessively loud music to respect our quiet neighborhood.
- No third-party booking, no unregistered guests allowed
- We have pest control service regularly to fend off the Florida pests, we cannot guarantee 100% that bugs will not try to enter the house during your stay!
Please be aware we are located in a military community and sometimes that means the fast-paced training results in noises from training exercises and low-flying aircraft. Although it happens infrequently, we apologize for any inconvenience this may possibly cause during your stay as it is something that affects every home in Navarre and is beyond our control.

* Please message us prior to booking with pets. We accept pets in a case by case. We do also collect a $150 pet fee per trip per pet for up to 2 pets maximum which allows for our cleaner to do a little extra cleaning and deodorizing of the home for future guests who may have sensitivity to pet allergens.
