This spacious, beautifully appointed retreat was designed with one purpose in mind — to make your group feel completely at home, completely at ease, and completely unwilling to leave.

Step inside and you're immediately greeted by soaring natural light and interiors that balance coastal charm with genuine comfort. There's room for everyone to spread out, come together, and make memories that last long after the tan fades.

Main Level

The heart of the home is a generous, open living space flowing seamlessly into a modern, fully appointed kitchen — perfect for everything from lazy breakfasts to festive seafood nights in. A queen bedroom with private bath offers a peaceful retreat on the main floor, alongside a convenient half bath and utility room.

Upper Level

Three additional bedrooms give everyone their own space: two queen bedrooms (one en suite) and a room with two twins, with the latter two sharing a well-appointed Jack & Jill bath.

The Master Suite — Your Private Sanctuary

A king bed, walk-in shower, and the crown jewel of the home: a grand freestanding soaking tub that practically begs you to pour a glass of wine, light a candle, and forget about everything else. You've earned it.



The Garage: Your Vacation Headquarters

Not your average storage space. The garage doubles as an entertainment hub loaded with everything your group needs:

On the Water — Boaters, This One's for You

Pull up literally to the back door. Launch your boat from the public ramp at the foot of the Navarre Beach Bridge (behind Tom Thumb), cruise the Sound, and dock right at your private boat dock behind the home. It doesn't get more seamless than that.



Complimentary Beach Service — Yes, Really

From March 1st through October 31st, two beach chairs and an umbrella are set up for you — complimentary. Show up, claim your spot, and let the Gulf do the rest.

The Palms is pet-friendly — up to two dogs under 40 lbs are welcome. A pet fee applies. Guests are responsible for daily waste cleanup and any pet-related damages. (We love them too — just keep things tidy for the next family!)

A starter kit of essentials is provided for your first 24 hours:

Paper towels · toilet paper (one roll per bath) · trash bags · travel-size toiletries · dish soap, dishwasher pod, laundry pod, and kitchen basics.

Important Guest Guidelines

To protect the experience for all guests and preserve this special home, please review the following before booking:



Gatherings & Events: Parties, events, and bachelor/bachelorette parties are strictly prohibited.

Age Policy: An adult chaperone must accompany any guests under 25 for the duration of the stay.

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly forbidden throughout the property. Guests found in violation are subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Elevator: The elevator is not available for guest use.

Pets: Up to 2 pets under 40 lbs permitted with pet fee. Guests are responsible for daily waste removal and any damages caused by pets.
