Perfect for a family

We had an outstanding stay at the Seaquin. The home itself and the ease of accessing the beach were exactly what we were looking for. And the hospitality of our hosts was as good as any experience we've had in a rental by owner accomodation. We'll be back!

Best Rental I've Ever Stayed In

Great place to stay. My family, with four young children, had a wonderful time! The SeaQuin is the most well stocked and kept up beach rentals I have stayed in. The owners have thought of everything. We are planning on making this place the only Navarre Beach rental we stay and we come to this area 2-3 times a year.

This is the most equipped home in VRBO history. These owners have thought of everything to make your stay so wonderful. Fully equipped from the kichen, bathrooms, beach chairs, toys! The owners are so very thoughtful, generous and great communicators!

Fabulous Experience

Beautiful Property! Well maintained with luxurious amenities. We love the garage area with bar, TV, and Grill. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated. Master bedroom and den area have a million dollar view! Thank you for the fabulous beach experience…. We will be back!

Love the Master Suite!

We stayed at the end of April, this place is NICE! It's right on the beach and way down from the busy part of the island. Beach was not crowded at all. The Master Suite on the top floor is amazing! Coffee Bar and small fridge, incredible view and balcony, and huge Master Bathroom. Nice beach chairs were supplied so we didn't have to pack those, and the home was very well stocked. The bar in the downstairs garage area that opens up to the beach is a cool place to hang out and cook on the grill.

Beautiful Beach Front Accomodation

Great location right on the beach! The downstairs balcony was great for relaxing and watching the sunset. The master bedroom balcony was perfect for having our first cup of coffee each morning. We loved using the downstairs bar and TV while grilling. The inside was gorgeous and you can tell the owners took a lot of time making sure guest have every amenity you need. The bedrooms were spacious. We enjoyed being able to use the beach chairs that were provided by the owners. The communication with the owners was quick and helpful! We cannot wait to go back!

PERFECT!

Where do I begin?!?! What a perfect vacation we had with our family. The perfect property in every way! The master bedroom was amazing, and the motorized blinds were a perfect touch. The view from the balcony was spectacular every single day we were there! The master bath with the bidet - now we are installing one at home! We enjoyed hanging out in the ground floor room and it was awesome to have all the beach toys for the kids! We are looking forward to going back soon!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

Our family recently enjoyed the most relaxing vacation in this beautifully decorated, clean home. We arrived to a spotless, organized townhome with breathtaking views from the living room and master suite. Each room offers all the creature comforts needed and more. The spacious master even provides a personal coffee bar! Enjoy your coffee with an ocean view from the private porch-alone time for the primary guests! The beach was absolutely pristine. We had perfect views with zero obstructions. It was very easy to relax with my children playing in the surf. Zero worries. Chairs, towels, everything needed for a perfect day at the beach was readily available and easily accessible. We absolutely cannot wait to return to this lovely home!

Clean, organized, comfortable and perfect!

Stunning property that is even better in person than the pictures. We really enjoyed our stay at The SeaQuin. The owners have really thought of everything a beachgoer would need, and you will find the home beautifully appointed, well organized and comfortable. It's the first time I've stayed at a home where the host bed was more comfortable than my bed at home. Cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. Used the BBQ grill without any problems. Showers and bathrooms were fantastic. The welcome kit the owners provided is well thought out and generous - gives you everything you need to keep the home clean and get laundry done, when needed. The white sands and emerald color water at the beach was stunning, and our teenage sons had a blast spending time in the surf. We really needed rest and relaxation, and left The SeaQuin feeling completely restored, all agreeing it's one of the best vacations we've had in several years. Many Thanks!

The best on the Beach! Hand's down 🏖

Overall: 5 Star's across the board! You can immediately tell they care about people having a great time and having all the amenities a high-end resort could offer and then some. If you can think of it, they have it. But don't forget, you're there for the location, the privacy, the family atmosphere and unbeatable upscale convenience of being situated right on the beach. Like right on the beach, like the high-tide will be nipping at your toes from your master suite bed.. okay maybe a slight exaggeration but it's pretty dang on top of the water! You literally walk out 1 of your decks, step onto your own boardwalk straight to the beach. Little to no cross traffic on the beach itself and it feels safe. I've been all over the Gulf coast from the tip of Texas all the way around to St. Augustine, not to mention much of the coast across America, Mexico, Caribbean and Hawaii and this place is about the best you're going to get with the low-key laid back feel. A whole southern "Floribama" vibe but higher-end family feel to it. We've went to Gulf Shores year after year, but Navarre beach and this place in particular is our new tradition. You get what you pay for folks, and that's pretty much stands true for this place here too.

Amazing home and stay!

Beautiful home in a great location just steps away from the beach. This is probably the most well furnished house/condo we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was thought of for a very effortless stay. The owners texted me after checking in to make sure all was well. Even the beds were comfortable!! A first! We will definitely be booking again in the future. The only complaint is housekeeping needs to pay more attention to the showers as they had some black mold. Otherwise fabulous!!!
