My family had a wonderful stay! The weather was perfect. Probably the best we've had in October in the last 7 years. Great view of the beach with either the main level (loved the chairs here) or upper balcony.The pluses was a garage full of beach equipment/toys. No chair service but you can pay for it if you'd like. But we used the beach chairs and umbrellas in the garage and actually preferred that. People do get up at the crack of dawn to claim their beach spot. We wanted to ride bikes but one of the tires wouldn't inflate. We took to the bike shop and it ended up needing a new tire. We replaced it because we just wanted to get it taken care of to ride on the trail which was fun to look at the beach mansions. There are plenty of bath towels, soap, games and other extras that was really nice and not typical of other condos we've stayed at. Beds/pillows were comfortable too. You can walk to two of the restaurants on the east end by the pier. Tons of other good restaurant options that we don't typically have to choose from when we stay in Fort Walton Beach which was nice.The minuses. You could hear people on both sides on occasion. Nothing crazy though. It does need some tlc in some areas on the inside. If you go out into the garage, don't shut the door behind you or you'll be locked out and have to go around to the front. But none of these things would make us not stay here again.Overall a great stay!
