Nombreuses activités, vélo, pédalo, bateau électrique, voile, randonnées, parapente, deltaplane, visites culturelles châteaux, musées… de quoi passer un très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. Parking de l’hôtel de ville pratique pour garer la voiture avec abonnement possible sur plusieurs jours. ”

“Fantastic views! Nice 2-b apartment facing the lake and has views of the church tower and the town. Beautiful apartment. Full shades in all windows. Despite of the heat, we did not experience much discomfort. One thing I want to alert the next renters is that Google Maps does not provide the correct exact address to enter the car garage. Make sure you get the exact directions from the leasing agent. A pleasant experience.”

“It’s a beautiful location but the host had *terrible non-existent communication* and the flat was not stocked. There was no hand soap, barely any towels. No salt/pepper, 1 single knife. The bare minimum basics were not provided and when we messaged the host asking for support she did not respond. It’s a beautiful location if you’re able to provide everything else for yourself.”

“Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your……

“The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. ”

“Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.”
