「What a beautiful Boutique Hotel. Had not realised when we booked that it had only been open 2 months having previously been two private Houses converted, with no expense spared, into a hidden secret. Property, rooms, bathrooms were all top class and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was outstanding. The real highlight was the warm and professional service provided by Marta and her team. 「Un séjour inoubliable dans ce havre de paix et de sérénité en plein cœur de la ville. Nous étions dans la partie secondaire à quelques maisons de l'accueil. Une ancienne maison de l'évêque juste à côté de la cathédrale. Tout et beau et décoré avec goût. Le personnel aux petits soins avec vous. Le spa est caché dans une cave souterraine. Nous n'avons pas testé les piscines mais elles étaient chauffées.」

「In der angrenzenden Nebenstraße gab es in den Morgenstunden (Bau)Lärm, der geweckt hat. Das Frühstück war am Sonntag hervorragend, hat dann im Verlauf der Woche etwas an Auswahl und Darbietung nachgelassen. Schöner Empfangsbereich, der Aufenthaltsraum im hinteren Bereich war wenig ansprechend. Auch die „Terrasse“ fand ich nicht einladend (Kunstrasen, auf in der 1. Etage, direkt vor einigen Zimmern)」

「We thoroughly enjoyed out time in Ciutadella. The hotel is spotless, the rooms are large, and we loved the sound of waves from our seaview balcony. The pool looked wonderful, though we had bad weather during our stay and didn’t go in. The bartender, Jose kept us entertained with conversation and local knowledge. 「Our room was very clean had everything we needed and looked like it had been recently renovated. The pool area was great and the staff were really friendly. There is lots going on locally and the bus stop is outside the apartments that take you to Ciutadella for 1.70 euro. It can be noisy in this area but any noise goes off around 11:30-12:00. The pool is nice but the sunbeds could do with being updated.」

「Apartments were pretty basic, they advertised it with a kitchen, but there is little to no utensils in there, so you won't be able to cook much unless your bring your own. There was not even a kettle available, no sponge nor dish soap. My room was next to what seemed to be a generator, so loud continuous sound on until 10 pm. Breakfast was average, orange juice is NOT the standard you'd expect from a 4 stars, some of the food did not look nor taste very fresh. Staff was friendly, pool enjoyable....

「El personal de ese hotel es un 💯, han sido muy amables en cualquier momento. nos han dado recomendaciones geniales de restaurantes y calas que visitar y nos dejaron usar una ducha privada después del checkout para poder disfrutar de la playa. La comida del restaurante está muy buena. Fuimos en temporada baja y estaba muy tranquilo el hotel. Vamos a volver seguro! Lo único negativo fue que la cama era muy suave, pero eso es un gusto personal, supongo que a otras personas les gusta así. 」

「Buen hotel para pasar una semana de vacaciones. Las habitaciones mas que correctas y con unas camas muy comodas. La comida los ultimos dias un poco repetitiva pero de una calidad aceptable. Ubicacion inmejorable en cala blanca. Era nuestra segunda vez y creo que repetiremos.」
