The apartment is in the area of Agia Anna (5' from the port of Ag. Anna & from a public transport station). It is a fully equipped, semi-basement apartment and located in a very quiet environment, with a beautiful veranda and outdoor area. Within walking distance are the beautiful beaches of Ag. Anna, Plaka and Ag. Prokopiou and with a short walk you will find restaurants - taverns, water sports & beach bar. My place is suitable for couples or families.

This bungalow is such a blissful place to stay and i would go back in a heart beat! It has everything you need! The bed is comfy, theres a place to watch TV for those nights you're not out enjoying plaka. The host was so sweet and sent detailed instructions and was very responsive! Everything was clean and well laid out. I wish I could live there full time!I fell in love with Naxos and this place added to it! Its so close to the beach, just a few minutes walk and surrounded by greenery! We couldnt fault it! Thank you

Perfect place to stay in Agia Anna

The place was very clean, well equipped - had everything we needed for our stay including washing machine. The location was in a very quiet residential area only 3-4 min walk to the Sea. Nice restaurants, a convenience store, car/bike rental shops nearby. The apartment was perfect size for 2 adults + maybe a child. The traditional white stoned Cyclades styled house which looks very pretty - and inside was cool in a hot day but warm in a cold/chilly day. There was an air-con inside of the apartment but we didn’t need to use it. Wi-Fi was also very good. This place makes you feel like you are right at home! I’d definitely stay in this place again when I’m in Naxos next time! PS: two very friendly stray cats came to say hello every time when we were sitting outside terrace. They were super cute ;)

Spectacular stay in an enchanted place

We had a spectacular four week visit to this wonderful property. The host was proactive and welcoming in their communication with us in advance of our arrival. Our arrival greeting was prompt and through making our transition into our temporary home very efficient. The property was well equipped and well located in the Agia Anna region of the island close to stores, dinning, and the beach. We would welcome the opportunity to visit this charming property again in the future.

Klein aber fein

Herrliches kleines Appartement für alle, die es natürlich und strandnah lieben. Kein Luxus, aber alles vorhanden was es braucht, dazu die schöne ruhige Terrasse und der Garten. Die etwas tiefere Lage ist ein Pluspunkt bei großer Wärme und definitiv nicht störend. Einzig die Wasserpumpe nach WC-oder Duschenbenützung etwas laut, auch die von der oberen Wohnung hört man so. Ansonsten alles super, auch die unkomplizierte Übergabe des Appartements. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Idéal pour visiter Naxos et à proximité de la plage !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Stamatis. Sa situation en partie en sous-sol, n'est en aucun cas un inconvénient ! L'appartement reste en effet lumineux grâce à de larges fenêtres (avec moustiquaires) qui permettent de ventiler largement l'appartement sans forcément devoir faire fonctionner la climatisation même au mois de juillet. Sa terrasse très bien aménagée et décorée est un vrai plus; Toujours ombragée elle permet de prendre ses repas à l'extérieur en toute intimité (pas de vis à vis !). À noter également la présence d'une douche extérieure très appréciable au retour de la plage ! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la décoration soignée, la propreté irréprochable de l'appartement (et nous sommes exigeants), la qualité de la literie et la petite cuisine (néanmoins équipée d'une cafetière à capsules Dolce Gusto) et le calme des lieux. Il nous a seulement manqué un petit économe (pour éplucher nos concombres !) et de petites tasses à café, mais c'est vraiment un détail ! Nous signalons aussi l'accueil parfait d'Anna qui sur place s'est montrée disponible et très réactive. La plage d'Agia Ana est facilement accessible à pied depuis un petit chemin. Néanmoins nous recommandons la location d'une voiture pour visiter l'île particulièrement grande et découvrir ses villages et ses belles plages sauvages plus au Sud ou à l'Est. Nous recommandons donc vivement la location de cet appartement qui offre en plus un rapport qualité-prix particulièrement intéressant en ce mois de juillet.

A beautiful little oasis in Naxos

The apartment was clean and shiny upon arrival. It is spacious and bright, smartly furnished and comfortable. More than enough space for one couple. It has air conditioning which is a life saver during some of those hot nights. All the necessary amenities are in place. Perfectly functioning little kitchen. The bathroom is good too. A lovely terrace in the shade outside is perfect for breakfast and a little glass of this and that in the evenings. The garden around the property is gorgeous! The area is quiet, which is great. The only thing you hear is cicades which is just lovely and charming. At the same time, it is close to the beach, the restaurants and everything else: a couple of minutes walk barely. Easy to get to the apartment both by foot, and by car. Everything in the apartment runs smoothly. We did not experience any inconvenience. Even though it is defined as semi-basement, it does not have a basement impression. It is light with windows all around and the air is good. An absolutely lovely place! We miss it already.
