Beautiful villa (120 m2) built in the typical style of the Cyclades, with included Internet Access (Wi-Fi), located near Mikri Vigla, one of the top locations in Naxos, not far from the stretched out beaches of Plaka & Parthenos. Right in front of the house are several small, idyllic coves.
Naxos Beachvilla is the corner house of 4 holiday villas, situated on a plot of 1400 m2 private land.

Additional information: Naxos Beachvilla is the corner house of 4 holiday villas. Between the newly created garden and the small bathing coves runs an unpaved coastal road. Various well-stocked shops can be found within walking distance in the hamlet of Mikri Vigla and in the neighbouring villages (Vivlos, Glinado, etc.) as well as a range of traditional Greek taverns. Car rental is recommended. By car Naxos town or the airport of Naxos can be reached in about 15 minutes. The olive groves covered Tragéa plateau is an ideal place for hiking. The Zas Mountain with 1001 m is the highest mountain in the Cyclades, a wild limestone massif. Hikers find many interesting paths to discover the island on foot, worthwhile in spring and autumn; particularly during the spring season (mid April to mid May) when the island is covered with flowers. For mountain bikers the island offers many donkey paths and unpaved roads.

Exteriors: The outside terraces are an ideal spot for your meals, to relax, sunbathing and to enjoy the panorama. Stone benches and flower bowls are built in the terrace balustrade. The landscaped large garden with small marble pebbles is sloping gently towards the sea and gives the house and grounds certain spaciousness. The small herb garden in front of the kitchen terrace leaves the air aromatic and ads a Mediterranean touch to the dishes. To reach the small bathing coves in front of the house, you only have to pass through the garden and cross the unpaved coastal road. The roof terrace offers from sunrise to sunset uninterrupted panoramic views over the bay. the entire length of Plaka beach, the agricultural area and the nearby island of Paros. Built-in stone benches and wooden chairs invite to stay for a while.

We had an amazing stay at Valerio’s house, it’s even better than on the pictures! The highlight is the outdoor space and terraces where you can enjoy an incredible view in a very quiet area facing the sea. The house is equipped with everything needed, good quality appliances (big plus for the bbq!) and quiet and well functioning A/C in every room. The outdoor shower is super nice to use after the beach. The house location is also amazing, with a few very nice beaches close by and reachable by foot (2 mins away for the closest one). Also communication with Valerio and the housekeeper was great before and during our stay!

A piece of paradise in Naxos

Naxos Beachvilla is the most spectacular villa, with incredible views, quiet surroundings and the most beautiful interior decor. The beach is a throw-stone away, secluded with crystal-clear water and some shade. There is also the Plaka and Mikra Vigla beaches nearby where you can hire parasols and sun-loungers. The villa itself is spacious, with four bedrooms, a generous seating area and plenty of outdoor seating space from which you can admire the sunset. One added bonus was the outdoor shower, so you don't have to bring sand into the villa. You will need a car, as it is fairly remote, which is part of its charm. Otherwise be prepared to walk for 20 minutes to get to the shops. Our stay was pure joy from start to finish thanks to the owner's attention to detail and the wonderful housekeeper Jackie. We can't wait to go back!

We were in the Villa with our grown children and our pregnant daughter in law so we named the Villa baby Ricky which is our nickname for the future baby. Jackie the manager was fantastic. Easy to communicate with and super helpful. The air units in two bedrooms didn’t work which was hard and she and owner worked to change them. Beach is less then three minute walk from the villa- a beautiful little cove we made our own. Having all our kids together around the table for late lunch or dinner was lovely. There is always breeze outside, even on hot days. We loved exploring the island and coming back to the villa where there is a wonderful outdoor shower to refresh you coming from the beach or at the end of the day. If we come back to Naxos I hope we can stay here again.

Phenomenal Vacation

Gorgeous home with incredible access to a small beach. Walk to restaurants and bakeries. We loved every second of our time.The house was beautiful and so comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked beautifully on those nights when there was no breeze. Though small, the kitchen worked well for preparing delicious meals that we ate at the table outside overlooking the sea.The outdoor space was incredible. We used the outdoor shower exclusively (no one used any of the indoor showers the entire 3 weeks we were there!) and spent our mornings drinking coffee on the lounge chairs in the shade. Meals were all eaten at the table outside. We swam every single day. The water is cystal clear, cool, and refreshing. It was HOT in Naxos most days, but being so close to the water and the consistent breezes made spending time outside glorious.Valerio and Angeliki were incredibly responsive any time we had questions! Angeliki, in particular, offered us some fantastic recommendations for where to eat in and around Orkos and Mikri Vigla.We were so sad to leave and cannot wait to return!

A perfect villa for our delightful Naxos holiday

We highly recommend Naxos Dreamvilla. It was a beautiful place to stay. The villa itself is stylish and well-decorated, with numerous terraces on which to sit and look out at the stunning sea-views. The house is fabulous - spacious, clean and well-equipped. 60 metres away lies a gorgeous cove which was, at times, like having our own private beach. The gardens surrounding the house are delightful too. A fantastic place to stay. Owners and caretakers couldn't have been more helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Beautiful 'home away from home' ...

This was our first time to Naxos and we LOVED it. Not only because of the island itself, but because of our 'home away from home'. The Beachvilla is the perfect place to spend your holidays in Naxos. The town is only a few kilometres away (you do need a car) and the house is a gem. The bedrooms are spacious and the living quarters lovely . As the weather was beautiful, we spent most of our time outside in the beautiful garden. The summer kitchen was just perfect and the best was the outdoor shower :). Paola was looking after us and she could not have been more helpful and nicer. We can only recommend the Beachvilla ... great location, beautiful house and stunning surroundings. Just remembering our time there watching the incredible sunsets from the roof top ... a lovely glass of wine ... what more can one want :). We sure hope to be back sometime soon .... Thanks Valerio and Paola!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfectly equipped house in Orkos. We were a group of six people and there was enough space for all of us.. The house offers multiple terraces with great views and a lot of outdoor space. The outdoor shower is fantastic and extremely practical. There is a big professional grill that was perfectly well kept and super clean. What we really appreciated was the laundry and storage room with a washing mashine and all cleaning utensils which has an extra entrance. The indoor kitchen is a bit small but very well equipped. There is an additional big fridge on the lower floor which is very useful. The nice garden in front of the house and its dense vegetation towards the road keeps the noise and dust from the road from coming in the property. The bay of Mikriviglia, a surfer's paradise is less than 200 m away. The caretaker Paola was extremely nice and easy going. Her restaurant tips were great and very useful. We thank the owner Valerio and Paola for their hospitality and efforts for letting us feel comfortable and we would definitely come back.

Better than advertised!

This is a stunning family house which is even better than advertised. The house is more spacious than we expected and excellently laid out. The views of the sea from the patios and terraces are fabulous. We loved the warm water out door shower - perfect for keeping sand out of the house. It was lovely to be able to walk to the local beach literally over the road and with good sand and warm waters. The house is 15-20 mins drive from Naxos town so far enough to feel that we were in a quiet backwater but close enough to enjoy the amenities of the town. The owner Valerio was very attentive and Paola, who showed us around the house was also great, giving us lots of information and tips. I recommend that you try all the restaurants she recommends! We were an extended family ages 7 - 53 and we all fell in love with both this house and Naxos. We would love to come to stay again.

Great and cosy house for holidays

We spent two full weeks with some friends. We were 8 : 4 adults and 4 small children. We enjoyed very much staying at Valerio's house. Everything is thought to have a relaxing, cosy and happy stay. Nothing is missing. The house is very well equipped and 2 minutes on foot from a peaceful beach. Very easy with small children. The outside shower when coming back from beach is just wonderful. The scenery and view of the sea from the terrasse is just wonderful. We also had the Chance o meet the owner Valerio who is a very welcoming and interesting man . We would love to go back to this lovely place. Naxos is also a nice island with plenty to do. Enjoy your stay and holidays at Naxos villa. Stephanie

La maison est très bien équipée et son décor personnalisé de très bon gout.Valério et Ewa sont très attentifs à rendre le séjour réussi.la maison est bien entretenue et lumineuse.l'équipe qui s'occupe de la maintenance de la maison est efficace.il y a de nombreuses informations à notre disposition (cartes , livres , mode d'emploi de l'électroménager ) . les chambres sont spacieuses et fraiches.Les terrasses offrent plusieurs espaces de vie.Le jardin est agréable.Les activités à proximité sont multiples:petite plage devant la maison, deux grandes plages à droite et à gauche de la maison que l'on peut atteindre à pieds.Un club de surf et de planche avec location de matériel et cours.nous recommandons chaleureusement cette location.

Beachvilla = Villa of dreams

We have visited the island of Naxos many times and have also rented various houses there. For our last two visits, we rented this villa in Orkos and we will never consider another property as we have truly experienced the perfect place. First of all, one experiences the very friendly contact with the Swiss owner who goes out of his way to fulfill all the wishes of his guests. In Naxos we even received a long-distance call from Switzerland, enquiring whether the property met all our expectations as well as a hand-written welcome letter. When we stepped inside the villa, we were struck by how clean it was. The person looking after the property was extraordinarily friendly and gave us many worthwhile tips even for experienced Naxos fans. When we had a problem with the electricity supply one day, someone came to fix it within half an hour. We always had the feeling of being very well looked after. The villa itself definitely exceeds the usual standard in holiday homes. Marble tiles are to be found throughout the house, the furniture is of high quality and various loving touches by the owner show that he has invested his heart and soul in the property. By Greek standards, the kitchen with its Miele appliances makes one want to get stuck into some cooking. There is also a professional grill in the garden. The garden is enormous and our two boys spent hours playing there and observing lizards. Outside seating areas are to be found in every corner, making it possible to enjoy an aperitive in a different spot every evening of the week. The position of the house is breathtaking. A sandy track which is hardly used leads from the end of the garden down to the kilometre-long beach. The fine-grained sandy beach and the crystal-clear turquoise seawater remind one of the Caribbean. It is an absolute dream! In addition, the nearest concentration of tourists is far away on account of the spread-out nature of building on Orkos. Shopping is also very easy. One can get from the property to the nearest supermarket by car in just 3 minutes. The supermarket is well-stocked with fresh food and is supplied by a local bakery every morning. All in all, this was a 5-star holiday. If it were possible we would gladly give this place 6 stars.

Das absolut perfekte Ferienhaus in perfekter Lage!

Wir waren im Juli 2013 zwei Wochen auf Naxos mit 3 Erwachsenen und 5 Kindern. Wir haben die 2 Wochen in dem wunderschönen Haus sehr genossen. In dem Haus fühlt man sich wie zuhause und wir haben noch nie zuvor ein so perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt. Es fehlt einfach an nichts, sogar unzählige Bücher und Spiele sind vorhanden.Das Haus ist in mehr als perfektem Zustand, auch die Elektrogeräte wie Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Staubsauger entsprechen dem höchsten Standard. Ein absolutes Highlight ist auch der riesige Outdoor-Gasgrill, der absolut professionelles Grillen ermöglicht. Auch die dazu passenden Putzutensilien sind in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Ein weiterer absoluter Pluspunkt des Hauses ist die Aussen-Dusche, es kommt so fast kein Sandkorn ins Haus und Duschen im Freien ist Freiheit pur. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und mit einer sehr wirksamen Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Wunderschön ist auch der Aussenbereich des Hauses mit einer riesigen Terrasse sowie mehreren Sitzplätzen rundum das Haus sowie auch am Dach. Der Garten ist gepflegt und groß, auch 5 Kinder haben dort ausreichend Platz. Besonders gut war auch die Rundum-Betreuung - sowohl vor der Miete als auch vor Ort. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter ist sehr angenehm, professionell und effizient. Die Betreuung vor Ort ist überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir wurden vom Hafen abgeholt, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt und auch mehrmals während der 2 Wochen sind die Betreuer vorbeigekommen. Besonders schön ist die Lage des Hauses mit einem unendlich schönen Blick auf's Meer - der Sonnenuntergang ist jeden Tag wieder ein Traum! Der Weg zum Kite/Surfstrand beim Flisvos Kitecenter ist sehr sehr kurz, zu Fuß sind es etwa 5 Minuten, mit dem Auto nur ein kurzer Augenblick. Ich habe weltweit noch kein Revier mit so konstantem und starkem Wind erlebt - fast jeden Tag bis 30 Knoten, einfach unglaublich. Auch zu den Stränden in Plaka ist es nicht weit, es ist dort deutlich windgeschützter und etwas ruhiger... In der Umgebung gibt es 2 Supermärkte, einer davon kleiner, der andere größer. Ausserdem gibt es unzählige exzellente Tavernen. Naxos mit dem wunderschönen Haus bleibt uns in sehr positiver Erinnerung - wir haben uns hier vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag wie zuhause gefühlt und ich bin mir sicher, dass wir wiederkommen.......

Traumhaus

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub auf Naxos verbracht und das haben wir größtenteils dem wunderschönen Ferienhaus zu verdanken.Dieses Haus befindet sich an den schönsten Strandabschnitten der Insel und ist eine wahre Wohlfühloase.Alles ist sehr gepflegt sowohl im Innen-als auch im Aussenbereich.Die gemütlichen klimatisierten Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail ausgestattet. Bücher und Cd´s sind in Deutsch u.Englisch reichlich vorhanden.Besonders hervorzuheben ist auch die Küche.Das Haus verfügt über viele gemütliche Sitzecken im Aussenbereich. DieTerrasse garantiert einen einzigartigen Blick auf´s Meer.Der großzügige gepflegte Garten verfügt über eine Vielfalt an Kräutern.Ein weiteres Highlight ist der neue Gasgrill.Nicht zu vergessen die Aussendusche mit warmen und kalten Wasser. Ein einmaliges Erlebnis!.2 gut ausgestattete Supermärkte befinden sich in der Nähe.Zu Fuß sind in wenigen Minuten zu beiden Seiten herrliche Badebuchten mit glasklaren Wasser zu erreichen.In der Nähe sind einige gute Tavernen mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Auf dem Weg nach Agia Ana entlang der Küstenstraße( Schotterpiste)befinden sich weitere gute Tavernen. Ausserdem ist man mit dem Auto ( was sehr zu empfehlen ist)in 20 Minuten in Naxos-Stadt.Ein Bummel dort ist besonders in den Abendstunden zu empfehlen.Die Besteigung des Zas,dem höchsten Berg der Kykladen ist auch ein weiteres Highlight.Umgeben von einer schönen Bergwelt bietet er einen spektakulären Blick auf Naxos und die umliegenden Inseln.Man sollte in den Sommermonaten aber frühzeitig aufbrechen, weil es ansonsten zu heiß wird.

Erholung Pur....

Für alle die absolute Ruhe suchen fernab von Menschenmassen und Straßenverkehr/Lärm. Ein Super Haus perfekt ausgestattet es fehlt an nichts, Sauber, Aussendusche, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und top Strandlage. Der BBQ-Grill ist eine sehr schöne Sache zum Essen unter Sternenhimmel. Super schöner Meeresblick von allen Terassen die das Haus bietet. Sehr schöne Tavernen in der Nähe. Noch positiv zu erwähnen ist auch, dass man vom Hafen/Flughafen abgeholt und zum Haus gebracht wird. Julie (Betreuerin vor Ort) fährt voraus. Positiv ist es auch, dass der Vermieter sich telefonisch bei seinen Gästen meldet und nach dem Rechten fragt oder Verbesserungsvorschlägen. Also alles in allen ein Super Urlaub mit großen Erholungsfaktor.

Einfach perfekt!

Es war unser dreizehnter Urlaub auf Naxos, unserer Lieblingsinsel, und es war der absolut schönste. Ein Ferienhaus in Griechenland, das von vorn bis hinten durchdacht ist, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gepflegt, so etwas hatten wir noch nie. Obwohl wir teilweise zu siebt waren, fand jeder ein Lieblingsplätzchen für sich, bei jeder Windrichtung lag eine der Terassen im Windschatten und bei Nacht war natürlich die Dachterasse der absolute Hit. Der schön angelegte Garten ließ uns die Uferstraße nur ahnen und machte besonders den Pflanzenfreunden unter uns große Freude. Durch die geschickte Bauweise ( das nächste Haus ist nach hinten versetzt ) sah und hörte man von den Nachbarn kaum etwas. Es ist wohl fast überflüssig zu sagen, dass in einem solchen Haus die Betten beste Qualität haben und die Kücheneinrichtung top ist. Die Betreuung durch Eigentümer und Hausfee Julie war engagiert und freundlich, so dass von Anfang an alles klappte. Die Lage des Grundstücks oberhalb mehrerer kleiner Badebuchten und in nächster Nähe von zwei langen Sandstränden machen diese Ferienhaus ideal für kleine und große Wasserratten, wie wir es sind - überflüssig zu sagen: Wir kommen wieder!!

Traumurlaub im Traumhaus

Unser mit Abstand bestes Ferienhaus (und wir hatten schon einige)! Sehr gute Ausstattung, sowohl bei den Möbeln als auch bei den Gerauchsutensilien, sehr gute Betreuung vor Ort, sehr guter, aufmerksamer und angenehmer Kontakt im Vorwege mit dem Vermieter. Der Strand/ die Strände unmittelbar vor dem Haus und sowohl für Kinder als auch für Schnorchler toll. Die Terassen mit Mückenvernichter ein Traum, die Abende mit Blick und Sonnenuntergang auf/ über Paros unvergessen. Der Sternenhimmel von der Dachterasse ..... Ein perfektes Haus für Menschen die sich auch mal selber verpflegen möchten, die Ruhe suchen und das Meer unmittelbar vor der Tür haben möchten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !
