「A beatiful spot in the hills with a fab pool and stunning view over Lake Bracciano. We were a family of 9 and had a great time. Need some more dining chairs and outside furniture a bit worn but overall very enjoyable.time had by all.」

「This is an absolutely amazing to stay… felt like a home away from home. The check-in was seamless as was the checkout and the assistance in between was exceptional. I highly recommend this property.」

「Amazing stay at this small, family-run hotel! They were very kind, allowed me to check in a bit early and even came to the room to make sure I was settled. The only thing I didn't enjoy was the "breakfast". They put some prepackaged pastries in your room and this just wasn't sufficient for me as a breakfast. Other than that, this place is 11/10. 」

「We loved our time at the villa! What a beautiful home and grounds. Greeted by our host she gave us a guided tour of the home and the grounds and then took us to the local market for some groceries. That was so kind and one of the gardeners picked us up, which was so generous! He traveled by private car from the villa to Rome for our tours and days in the city. It was probably a 20 minute ride and totally worth staying in the beautiful countryside with all of gardens everywhere and a quiet...

The instructions to find the property provided by the host were very good and meant the property was easy to find, the host even helped with a supermarket recommendation. The property is as pictured set in beautiful country side with stunning views and a well maintained pool. A few things to bear in mind it is a very rustic property and the internet can be almost non existent, a few bits need a bit of tlc like some plug sockets don’t...
