TERRIBLE SCAM!

Hotels.com and Fatmols is a HUGE SCAM. I made my reservation in advance, but when I arrived my reservation did not appear, I had to pay again and HOTELS.com and FATMOLS did not recognize the refund. I paid double and they gave me a room without internet and with only one TV channel.
