“First of all it should be pointed out that the flat is in a senior citizens home. Slightly strange but unless you keep very strange hours then it's not a problem. The building is quiet and the parking is covered by CCTV. I|t's close to one of the major roads out of the city so if you have a car it's not a problem. Apartment is lovely and airy (no aircon). Close to the tram stop that takes you into Bordeaux central and a Careforre City is close by. Kitchen is a little sparse for a major……

“Wonderful place to stay with family.The pool and huge garden were great for the kids (well, for everyone really!).Lovely outdoor spaces and a great barbecue.Kitchen and dining area are large and very well equipped.Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable with nice towels and linens provided.Lounge area was large and comfortable - but all of the outdoor space is so lovely we hardly spent any time inside.Tracy is a great host - very helpful and easy to communicate with.Recommend Le Peyrat……

“Aus der Beschreibung ging nicht hervor, dass der Vermieter im selben Haus wohnt; hat aber nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner,erholsamer Aufenthalt; herrlich großes Grundstück, ein Feigenbaum mit mit reifen Früchten,schöne Gartenmöbel mit Beschattung, Grillmöglichkeit& ein toller Pool!Sehr netter unaufdringlicher Vermieter, der uns mit seinem Honig& feiner Marmelade verwöhnt hat.Der rechte Ort für Leute die Ruhe suchen; abends Grillenzirpen;öfters schauen Rehe vorbei.Merci,Jean!”

“Notre séjour c'est passé impeccablement bien grâce à cette maison. Sa piscine au sel nous a bien rafraîchie et sa salle de loisiers est vraiment sympa. On a fortement apprécié la clim pour des nuits fraîches par les chaleurs. L'accueil était très bien avec un petit cadeau d'entrée. La maison dans un lotissement calme et est à 15 minutes de Bordeaux parfait pour le repos. Merci encore de nous avoir partagé votre bien.”

“Nous avons été séduits par cette maison pleine d’authenticité dans un cadre magnifique.Proche d’un petit village avec un commerce tenu par des bénévoles très sympathiques, qui offre les services d’une boulangerie ou d’un traiteur en anticipant vos commandes.Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et à votre écoute ; nous leur sommes extrêmement reconnaissants. Sans leur bienveillance, notre séjour n’aurait pas eu la même saveur.Un grand merci.”
