Perfect spot for families with young kids

We had a wonderful stay here. The house has a really functional kitchen so we were able to cook a lot of meals here. The pool was perfect for young swimmers (decent sized shallow end) and we loved hanging out on the dock, crabbing and kayaking. With plenty of adult bikes, we took a trip each morning to the playground too. We hope to be back!

Best Eastern Shore Experience

We absolutely loved our time here. It was spacious, quiet, and beautiful. Waking up and seeing bald eagles was an extra special bonus. Matt was wonderful to work with. The house and setting fit our family well.

Fabulous Family Fun

Our family of 11 had a fabulous week at your home. The house was clean, decorated beautifully and very well supplied. Adults and children spent hours in the pool and fishing on the dock. The best art of our stay was enjoying the spectacular view of the river from most areas. Thank you for a wonderfully memorable week in your home.

We can't say enough about how much we loved our stay at the estate. So many wonderful areas for spending time together or alone with a good book. Unbeatable water views. Perfectly appointed bedrooms, bathrooms & kitchen. We can't wait to come back!

Everyone loved the house. The house was nicely decorated, all new appliances and great location.

I would definitely rent this house again. The grandkids loved the property. There was plenty to do - swimming, crabbing and playing the games in the garage.

Great Stay Outside St Michael

What a lovely and beautiful place. You will not be disappointed. We loved the privacy and overall peacefulness of the area. If you want to disconnect and relax, would be hard to do better than this property and Matt was GREAT.

Relaxing on the Waterfront

This was a beautiful property with a great location. We enjoyed cooking and dining at this home. We also had a lot of fun kayaking and fishing. We really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit near the water in the early evening. We look forward to coming back to this property.

This house was the perfect place for an end of summer vacation. It was calm and relaxing, and complete with just about anything we would need or want. The owners were very friendly, and helpful, and just a text away if we had a question about somethung at the house. We look forward to coming back!

If you are looking for a great house for 3-4 couples to get away for a few days, look no further! Great layout, clean, new with beautiful property. Has a gorgeous pool and right on the water. has a very cool outdoor fireplace, fire pit and very responsive owners! Go with family or firends, you won't regret it!

Fantastic getaway!

We stayed here for 5 days as a short getaway with extended family. We had a fantastic time. The location is perfect, the pool was so fun, and the grounds are very well kept. The home itself was clean and well stocked with games, books, towels, a grill, fishing poles, kayaks, and kitchen condiments. The property owners were communicative and gave personalized recommendations. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

Family Fun

Gerry and Matt provided everything we needed for a beautiful & relaxing family vacation. I would recommend ordering the welcome crudité board for your guests, it was delicious. This was the perfect spot for our family to do indoor & outside activities. The location is perfect for boating, paddle boards, kayaking & just enjoying the property. We would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful Home

My family and I enjoyed a wonderful week here. Everything was just like the web pictures. The setting is spectacular, the house exceptionally clean, the pool area perfect for relaxing. There are about 5 or 6 Kayaks / Paddle Boards in the Crab Shack, and 7 or 8 bikes and helmets in the detached garage. The ping pong table was a huge hit as was the Corn Hole. Many hours were spent relaxing in the hanging chairs under the wisteria. The wine cooler in the pool house, another one in the mudroom by the ice machine, plus a third one in the breakfast nook in addition to the big ones in the kitchen and garage provided all the convenient food and beverage storage you could ask for. The entire family really enjoyed the week. I highly recommend this beautifully furnished, outstanding home.

Wonderful retreat!

Everything about the house is perfection - the views, the decor, them amenities, and the owners. Our time was spent crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and reading. It is all so easy and the home owners are responsive and gracious. The experience was five stars all around and we are already looking to rebook for another weekend soon. Perfect getaway!

Serene and gorgeous escape

Amazing getaway. If you are looking for the perfect place to unwind, sit by the fire pit, read by the water, and just enjoy the most peacefully serene setting with family or friends, this is the place. Matt and Gerry have put together a slice of paradise. I will come back again and again.
