"We found this villa completely by chance and honestly could not believe our luck. We rented it for New Year’s Eve, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made. We stayed with a group of four families - nine adults and several kids (ages five and up). Despite the size of our group, the house never felt crowded. The villa is truly huge and offers a sense of space that you rarely find in many Pocono homes. Everyone had plenty of room, and the house felt cozy and thoughtfully designed. Everything was spotless and beautifully done. The large basement entertainment area was a highlight - we spent time playing games, singing karaoke, and relaxing together. The sauna was a great bonus. We didn’t use it every day, but one evening we did, and it was a very nice addition. We visited in winter, grilled outside, and even had deer walking right onto the property, which was magical for the kids. On New Year’s Eve, we were allowed to set off fireworks, and with snow falling that night, it was an unforgettable sight. The host, Shelton, was always responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely love to come back."

"Great access to Bushkill Falls and Delaware Water Gap for hiking (we did both). Grill and outdoor patio area were great, ample space to relax. Hot tub was broken but owner offered a small refund given that this was not functional. Overall a great stay!"
