Nebraska Luxury Hotel

"I would give this hotel a zero star for staff if I could. We arrived only to not have a room. The lady helping us said she could see the reservation, but couldn’t access it. When I asked what they could do about it so we could stay, the other lady up front looked at us, rolled her eyes, and walked away. All the rooms were booked so we had to find another place to stay. "

"We've stayed here several times over the years, and always love spending time in Kearney. The rooms are always clean and comfortable with a nice bed. We didn't eat breakfast this trip, but previous meals have been good. Highly recommend."

"Loved everything about this hotel. The staff was incredibly nice, the room was great, and it was near so much to do that we didn't even need to use the car. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Property was really nice, clean, and easy to navigate. Thought it was weird that the pool was all the way across the hotel - you have to walk in front of the front desk and through the health club - which was uncomfortable so we didn't go. The coffee shop was great and had lots of options and good hours. We ordered room service, which was delicious, but there's a full service restaurant as well. Parking was easy and places to eat/go are walkable. I didn't give 5 stars because the lady we kept getting at the counter (each time we went we got her) was pretty rude/seemed really annoyed and it was a bummer for us. "

"I think this place was under remodeling. My room was remodeled, but the TV cable didn't work and there was a pipe leak under the sink. The room was clean and comfortable and the shower was awesome and had fantastic pressure."
