"It was a bit unkempt around the grounds but the room was clean, neat. Basic accessories. 1 setting for breakfast.Booked for 2. No spare pillows . Shower recess had nowhere for soap and shampoo.Guests were quiet we would use it again. Cheaper than other local rooms."

"We had a twin bed room. Queen with a king single. The room was very spacious as was the very large bathroom. Little ‘kitchenette’ space was great! We were in such a quiet room. Well presented room. Would stay here again. Room 16. Brilliant!!"

"The cottage was very clean and well appointed, however car parking and access to the cottage was a problem as the site is very steep and the vehicles were parked quite a distance from the cottage which made un-packing & packing quite a struggle in the rain. "We had a lovely stay for our sons wedding at Project 3488 which is just a short walk away. It was a very cold weekend but the property has a/c & a wood heater so no problem staying warm. Opposite the yarra river & plenty of walking tracks we will be back again when the weather warms up."
