Thank you for your feedback Gonzalo -- this being your second review of the same stay due to you somehow making two reservations at the same hotel for the same dates on the same booking platform -- and then forgetting to cancel one. We understand how embarrassing and frustrating this can be -- especially when you make the reservations via a Third Party -- and they have Policies that forbid Cancellation on the day of travel. Travelers often ask what is the difference between making a reservation directly to the Hotel versus a Third Party Online Travel Company -- and this would be a great example of the difference. Had you reserved directly to the Hotel we would have easily been able to fix this situation for you right away and without any extra cost to you. We are sorry you had to learn this lesson in this manner and we hope in the future you will consider making reservations directly.
