"Our anniversary stay at Couples Negril was truly unforgettable. The beautiful beachfront suite gave us the perfect place to wake up to the ocean and enjoy the peaceful beauty of Negril right outside our door. But as stunning as the resort is, what made this trip exceptional was the people and the level of genuine care we experienced throughout our stay. There were so many small moments that showed us what standout service really looks like. One night, when we had a craving for cookies & ice cream, the team at Heliconia went out of their way to help us satisfy it. We were curious about sailing the Hobie Cat but had never done it before. Rather than simply pointing us in the right direction, Nickoy guided us on a ride so we could experience it and feel comfortable. That turned a moment of curiosity into one of our favorite memories. For our anniversary dinner at Otahete, our server was equally accommodating and thoughtful, helping make the evening feel special and personal. On our last morning, we wanted a coffee to go-Aldaine made it happen with warmth and willingness to help. That was the difference at Couples Negril: the service was very generous, attentive, flexible, and genuinely focused on making our experience personal. This is a gold standard. From our beachfront accommodations to the food, activities, and beautiful setting, everything created an incredible vacation—but it was those personal moments of care from the staff that we will remember most."

"We love staying at Legends. The staff is what keeps us coming back! Merie, Jennifer, Kerryann, Vanessa, Melissa, Cesar, Mike, Chiquita and her housekeeping team always make us feel welcome and well cared for. The security team gives us great peace of mind, keeping us feeling safe on both the beach and garden sides. Legends has a prime location on Seven Mile Beach, with its restaurant and dining right on the beach, 2 well maintained pools and plenty of nearby bars with live music. We also love the free shuttle to their sister property, Samara, which is perfect for cliff jumping or simply relaxing (they also have 2 pools). Thanks to their INCREDIBLE STAFF, we always feel right at home and can’t wait to return!"
