"Went to Manzanita to celebrate a special birthday with an old College friend. Am quite familiar with the Oregon Coast . . . but wanted a stay away from crowds of people and on the Beach with easy walk to the water. Manzanita was perfect and our stay was memorable. Our rental was immaculate and lovely; kitchen was stocked with everything we needed; view was amazing. The shops and people in Manzanita were such a pleasure to stroll through and visit with. Easy check in and check out. We will be back."

"Room was kind of old style motel, but roomy and nice size compact fridge to handle all our food. 👍 Significant foot traffic outside during daylight hours was a bit of noise with windows open, but proximity to the beach just a block away and easily walkable to many dining options was worthwhile. Loved the Roku TV with the auto-delete of any streaming log-ins, so we didn't have to worry about deleting our accounts prior to check-out. Wish all hotels would have that feature ✅"

"We rented this with only the two of us and it was great for that. I'm not sure I would want to share with more than 2-3 other people. Loved the location - beach was a half block away and the walk into town was about a 1/4 mile and really nice. We walked in to town several times. We loved the kitchen and table as we usually like to cook our breakfasts and make lunches to take to the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you needed for cooking and that is a huge plus and not always the case. We spent the majority of our time on the main living area and deck. It would have been nice to have lounge style chairs on the deck as we love to read outside but if that's the only complaint, that's not too bad."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is a short 5-7 walk to the dunes and beach. All the bedrooms are nice and the mattresses are great . The kitchen is well-equipped and all the appliances in the house are new. It is quiet at night. For dog owners; the adjacent street to the east can have cars and trucks but is not busy -- but don't let your dog get there. The hot tub jets are lacking but the setting is great."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Pool House! The house itself is beautiful and you can tell the hosts truly love and care for their home and the people who come to stay. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the layout of the house is perfect for large groups. There were so many thoughtful touches- sound machines and fans in the bedrooms, tutorial videos for the more complicated aspects of the house (sauna, swim spa, movie theatre room, etc.), and welcome chocolates. The host was very communicative and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. She even shipped a forgotten stuffy home when we realized it had been left behind. The whole experience was lovely. We will definitely be back!"
