Charming riverfront homes situated just a few minutes' walk from the lively and inviting atmosphere of downtown Nehalem, where unique shops, cozy cafes, and local attractions await.

First Level:
A serene king bedroom, cozy living area with a pull-out sectional, full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a stackable washer/dryer.

Upper Level:
A bright living and dining area with a kitchenette (gas cooktop, no oven), a second king bedroom, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed, a futon, and a full bathroom with a bathtub. This level also includes a second washer/dryer for added convenience.

Lower Level:
A spacious family-friendly game room that opens directly to the private dock — perfect for river lounging, crabbing, fishing, or wildlife watching.

Outdoor Highlights:
Relax on the deck or head down to the dock to spot herons, eagles, seals, and more. The beach is only minutes away, giving you the best of both the river and the ocean.
