The staff are friendly, dedicated, and helpful. The food and drinks are also delicious. The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, close to the famous bars and restaurants of Park Street. "

"While convenient for access to the city, the immediate area is not particularly pleasant. However, the hotel, while it provides all that is needed, is a little 'tired' as to its decor. But, the in-house 'pure veg' restaurant and bar is excellent, providing breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are charming, friendly and efficient. It may not be 5* but gets an A from me. "
