Lake Arrowhead Association invites you to stay at this gorgeous, updated home on the golf front, as well as swim in their heated pools, play on their playground, use their basketball court, play on their tennis courts, and make use of their private beach and lake access. There is even an off-site dock guests can use from May 15 until October 1! Located in the heart of Wisconsin, this home is minutes away from Lake Arrowhead, Lake Sherwood, Lake Camelot, and Lake Petenwell for year-round fishing, boating, UTV trails, and all sorts of waterfront activities. An array of restaurants, supper clubs, and live bands wait to entertain you after a day full of adventuring. It's only a five-minute walk to their clubhouse, golf course and pool.
Inside the home you'll find a bright interior flooded with natural light, with a vaulted ceiling bringing airy ambiance to the property. In the living area there's a giant window to offer spectacular views, as well as ample comfortable furniture around the large TV for movie night. The floor plan is open-concept throughout, so there will be no missing great conversation! The living area, kitchen, and dining area are all adjacent to each other, including a large formal dining table. The modern fully-equipped kitchen has an industrial and modern vibe to it, making it a blast to cook in with its state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, plentiful cupboard space, and breakfast bar that seats three. The chef can even write the menu on the chalk wall near the kitchen! Relax in one of the many spacious bedrooms with flexible bed arrangements. The bathrooms are updated and roomy, with walk-in showers. One of the family favorites about this home is the downstairs bar and game room, with TVs , a dart board and shuffleboard to challenge your loved ones to some healthy competition! For those who need to take their work with them, there's a dedicated workstation in one of the guest rooms, complete with desk, monitors, and chair. Enjoy good conversation sipping on your morning coffee on the ground floor or second story deck overlooking the beautiful golfing green. Indulge in the ample seating around the firepit, play some cornhole or giant Jenga, putting green , and another TV in the backyard for your enjoyment. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
