A large, beautifully decorated guest suite with a Queen size bedroom with your own bathroom. There is also a fold out single bed provided suitable for one child. All linen is supplied.
The kitchenette area overlooks a lovely garden and provides you with a fridge, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, rice cooker and tea and coffee facilities. A barbecue is located in the undercover patio space.
There is also an outside courtyard for you to enjoy. This is separated from the owners area by a fence.
A light continental breakfast is provided on your first morning.
A very friendly Labrador and cat live on the premises but cannot access your private area.

Cosy, light and comfortable
Kerrie's space was perfect for a Nelson Bay getaway. Well appointed and light filled kitchen, comfortable bed, private outdoor area with a bbq and a lovely garden view. The location was a short drive away from the centre and very quiet. Would definitely recommend this space.
