High View, 23 Wollomi Ave - perfect coastal getaway, with stunning water views and Wifi

  • Wake up to stunning water views at High View, this is a family-friendly holiday house, complete with Wi-Fi and air conditioning for your comfort and convenience.

    On the middle section of the split-level design is a spacious open plan living area featuring a split system air conditioner, Smart TV, DVD and CD player, games, books, and Wi-Fi. Opening off this dining/ living area is an undercover outdoor alfresco area where there is a gas BBQ and dining furniture. What better way to sit back, relax and take in the beautiful relaxing surrounds.

    There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities, dishwasher, and family size fridge/ freezer. A powder room with a toilet and vanity is also located on this level.

    The main bedroom is located on the upper level, it has a split system air conditioner, walk in wardrobe and ensuite with a shower, toilet, and vanity. The other two bedrooms with built in wardrobes are located on the lower level. They both have access to another private balcony allowing the beautiful sea breezes to flow through. Also located downstairs is a spacious bathroom with a corner bath, shower, toilet, and vanity. Next to the bathroom is the laundry with top loading washing machine and a drier. Clothesline is just outside. Park your car in a double garage with internal access.

    High View is only a quick four-minute drive and you are in the heart of Nelson Bay where you will find various cafes and restaurants, Whale and Dolphin cruises, bars, and boutique shopping.

    No smoking, no pets, and no party policy in place.

    (d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme

    (e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises

    (f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

    This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

    After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

    If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Beautiful View

Upon arrival to the property and walking in the view took your breath away, the property was spacious and lovely. However it could have been better maintained for the amount it cost per night, the bottom balcony was not inviting and if you did want to sit out there at night you could not as the lights did not work, the chair that was there was old and dirty, the blinds did not work properly and if you wanted to sit in a garden area outside other then the top balcony you would not have been able to as the backyard was overgrown and had not seating options. if these things had not have been this way this property would have been wonderful, however with 2 young children who love to play outside it was very disappointing.
