Two storey duplex with two living areas in a sheltered position and conveniently located only a stones throw to beautiful Little Beach which is renowned as a safe sandy beach for the children to play , perfect for your next family getaway.

2 Plattens has the comforts of being air conditioned and has a large well equipped kitchen, tiled sunroom and internal laundry with washing machine.

The balcony is off the living area, relax and sit back and listen to the sounds of the wildlife.

Living area - Sofa Bed (downstairs) + Ceiling Fan

(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.

Little beach simplicity

Simple and functional property. Quiet with shaded balcony and 2 min walk to the beach. Easy parking and big garage to put bikes and beach gear in. Living area up stairs , airy and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds upstairs but sofa bed downstairs uncomfortable. No dramas

The location is very good. Great for a holiday with a young child. The beach is very close.

The cleanliness of the property leaves much to be desired. At the first glance it seemed clean but it fact the place was very dusty. Had to dust and vacuum the place. The balcony floor was covered with sand. We still had a great holiday and enjoyed the location but when you pay the price we paid you expect the place to be clean and don’t expect to start your holiday vacuuming and dusting.
