- 12 Promenade is fantastically located on the waterfront of iconic Shoal Bay Beach with free Unlimited Wi-Fi and Air Con.
This delightful unit is a 40m stroll to the white sands and clear aqua waters of the beach directly in front of you. Strategically located between Nelson Bay and Shoal Bay, with BBQ areas, playgrounds, walking trails, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. Relax - Wake up to the sounds of the rolling waves hitting the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach.
Located on the third floor with sensational views looking directly out the headlands, this light filled unit has a new fully equipped kitchen with dish washer, open plan dining/lounge with split system air conditioner, Smart TV, Hdmi cable, free Unlimited Wifi and 2 balconies to catch the sea breezes. The two comfortable bedrooms have ceiling fans, one with views and direct balcony access.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath. Conveniently, there is a separate toilet and an internal laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. A single lockup garage plus 1 open single car space for a trailer or boat completes this unit. Make unforgettable memories at 12 “Promenade”!
This unit has a NO BBQ Policy in place. Free public BBQ's are available in nearby picnic areas.

Please note, only registered resident permit holders with vehicles registered with Port Stephens Council are allowed to park on the roadside in the Columbia Close cul-de-sacs and the cul-de-sacs along Gowrie Avenue.

Obligations to neighbours – Section 2.5.2 of the Code of Conduct
A guest must not at any time during the occupancy period:-
(a) create noise that because of its level, nature, character, or quality, or the time it is made, is likely to harm, offend, or unreasonably disrupt or interfere with the peace and comfort of neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(b) act in a violent or threatening manner towards neighbours or other occupants of the premises
(c) act in a manner that could reasonably be expected to cause alarm or distress to neighbours and other occupants of the premises
(d) use or enjoy the premises in a manner, or for a purpose, that interferes unreasonably with the use or enjoyment of common property by neighbours and other occupants of the premises in a strata or community scheme
(e) intentionally, recklessly or negligently cause damage to premises, any common property or any other communal facilities within the immediate vicinity of the premises, or any public property in the vicinity of the premises
(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.
This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.
After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
