The Apartment- This first floor unit has a large balcony with an outdoor setting, gas BBQ and gorgeous marina views, leading into an open plan, light filled, living area with two ceiling fans, a flatscreen TV and corner lounge plus a sofa lounge, six seat dining table and a fully functional kitchen with a cooktop, oven, dishwasher and microwave. The main bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan and a flatscreen TV and the second bedroom has a double bed,a single bed and a ceiling fan.
