Oasis in modest area

Despite the very average location with some nearby properties not being well kept, we were pleasantly surprised that Maria's property and the area around the Bungalows is very well developed, and very attractive. The view is terrific. Maria is a great hostess, met us upon arrival, checked on how we were enjoying our stay, and responded quickly to inquiries. Accommodations very clean and comfortable, and kitchen very well equipped. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Lovely convenient stay

The place was great, tiny cabin on a lot with guest-shared bathroom and kitchen. Great location, close and overlooking Nelson. Lovely little patio. My only complaint was that we got there right after a long hike and I really wanted a hot shower and there was some large scary bugs in the shower. But that can’t be helped in a kind of outside bathroom. The host was great and gave us great recommendations on things that were happening in Nelson.
