“Robyn was so welcoming and helpful. She really made our stay and ensured we would stay here next time. . She provided excellent suggestions for restaurants too. The hotel is a short walk to everything. Very quiet. We stayed at another inner city hotel prior to our hike at Abel Tasman. That site was quite noisy and nowhere near as comfortable as the Palazzo. ”
