「We had a terrible experience. They did not have the room we reserved and said the only room in the hotel that was available had less beds than we needed for our family. Then the room did not have enough pillows for my family and staff said there were no more pillows in the entire hotel. My child had to use a stuffed animal for a pillow. The pull out bed had no bedding. We were told several times the manager would contact us to make the situation right. Even after speaking to staff at the time...

「Room was dirty. I was overcharged at check in. I was put in a room I did not reserve. I also. Was over charged for security deposit and was given 5 dollars less than what I was supposed to. I had a visit for 15 mins and was charged 10$ staff was rude」

「Our stay was a disaster. It started off well when we received a free room upgrade. I was so excited when I saw the huge soaking tub, only to find out when I went to take a bath that there was no plug. I called down to the front desk, but they said they didn't have one for me. Since I hadn't been expecting the tub in the first place, I didn't feel like I could be too upset about there not being a plug. However, when I went to take a shower instead, there was a hair at the bottom of the shower....
