This house had everything we needed for a nice family weekend. Pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils were all there for use. Hot tub was nice and clean. I will say this, this house has VERY low ceilings. If you are over 6’ 2” I would not recommend this house. I am 5’3” and was able to touch the ceiling. My husband is 6’ and on his tippy toes his head touched the ceiling. Overall very nice stay. We had everything we needed and am very happy we stayed there.

Nice large kitchen, great back yard and outdoor spaces. The front porch has a great swing and chairs. Good place for morning coffee. Beds are comfortable and living room sectional provided lots of seating. We loved the pool table, and card table. Highly recommend to anyone. It's a great place

Overall it was a wonderful stay. The hot tub was pretty cloudy, and the coffee pot was broken. They did however drop us off a new coffee pot the same day. Other than that we had no complaints.

Started right off when we arrived, the grass was tall. There was pet hair on the couch and beds. We had to go get new sheets and pillow cases at walmart to sleep on. We had to wipe down the couch. The coffee pot glass was broke on the bottom. The shower head needs replaced, sprays everywhere. We stayed Monday-Friday. They finally mowed the grass on Wednesday and we got to use the firepit Wednesday and Thursday night. This is by far the worst place we've stayed.

This was perfect area. The pictures need to be updated but just as a change of furniture and hot tub area. There are short ceilings throughout the house so if you are taller than 6’2” this may not be the place for you.It is a perfect place that has options for rainy days like pool, games, etc which is a huge plus

Horrible we booked 2 nights only stayed 1The Hot Tub was not clean. The chairs outside in bad shape very dirty. Had ants in kitchen. Floors were not level. The rest of the place was clean but, Very run down looking. we were not satisfied with our stay.

The owner was so nice, she was very accommodating to us!:) anything we needed, she was right there:) Its about a 30min drive to trails, which in my opinion, i didnt mind. Overall we had a great little visit!:)

Clean but...

My husband, brother, mom, and I stayed for three nights. I wish I could give the review that other people have given, but unfortunately our stay was just average. At 3:45 on check-in day I received a text message saying there is an issue with the hot tub but will be there to see what the issue is. They showed up at 7:10 and left a few minutes 8. They got it to work but not all of the jets. I realized there were only 6 towels for four people for three days. I sent an email and received a response that they would bring them Monday morning, but they finally arrived at almost 7pm Monday night. If you plan on cooking please be aware that the skillets are very scratched. On a positive the house was clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the check-out process was easy.

DO NOT RESERVE THIS HOME

If i could rate it -5 stars i would. Do not stay at this home, mouse poop, black mold, awful smell. The house should be condemned and tore down. We left and did not stay. They did reimburse our money but no one should stay there for safety reasons. VRBO should ban this property.
