Beautiful, cosy, comfortable chalet "Altamira". On the outskirts, 1 km from the centre. Private: small garden (not fenced). Stepped path (23 steps) to the house. Parking (for 2 cars, limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop, grocery 800 m, bus stop "Haute-Nendaz, télécabine" 950 m, railway station "Sion" 17.4 km. Gondola lift 800 m, ski bus stop 30 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz Tracouet 800 m. Hiking paths: Bisse Vieux 300 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).
"Altamira", 5-room chalet 240 m2 on 3 levels. Spacious, comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace and cable TV. Exit to the balcony, north facing position and east facing position. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (chinoise, cheese)). Exit to the terrace, west facing position. Heating. On the lower ground floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Upper floor: entrance hall. Open gallery with sloping ceilings. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Sep. WC.
